What is thmbl’s return policy?

thmbl offers returns! Go to our Returns Portal to create and print your return label

All items are subject to a $10.00 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your order upon receipt at our warehouse. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt. 

In order to receive a full refund:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • All returns must include order packing slip that is included with your order. The packing slip must clearly indicate which items are being returned.

How do I return my package? 

Head to our Returns Portal and start the return process by entering your E-mail and order number and we’ll generate a shipping label just for you!

In the portal please follow the instructions below: 

  1. Select the item(s) to return
  2. Send it off within 14 days from the date the item was delivered
  3. Receive a Refund Confirmation. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-8 business days after the item(s) have been received to our facility.

I created a return label using the Returns Portal. How do I track my package?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method after the item(s) have been received at our warehouse.


What to do when my package is lost, stolen or damaged? 

After your order leaves our warehouse, thmbl is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen shipments. We recommend checking in with neighbors, doormen, garages and back/front porches for misplaced packages, it doesn’t hurt to ask around!
